Lead Resident Assistant

Lead RAs play a crucial role in creating a cohesive team environment. They are there for both the clients and RAs to listen, guide and help alleviate concerns. In addition to RA tasks, Lead RAs are also responsible for:

  • Overseeing daily operations such as session start times, transportation and meal prep
  • Monitoring food supply and budgets for their facility
  • Supervising RAs
  • Monitoring medication levels and arranging for refills as needed
  • Documenting and performing medication destruction
  • Providing back-up coverage to the RA team as needed
  • Supporting the RA team and acting as a liaison between the team and other departments within the company
