Tish McAllise Sjoberg M.A., CAGS, Expressive Arts Therapist

Tish McAllise Sjoberg specializes in working with people who are afraid of doing art or need to unblock or reconnect to artful expression in their lives. Ms. Sjoberg also helps people who have been in “survival mode” begin to see the world through creative lenses and integrate beauty into their every day life.

Ms. Sjoberg has an Expressive Arts studio in the North Park area of San Diego called Expressive Arts @ 32nd & Thorn, where she offers group and individual Expressive Arts Therapy. Ms. Sjoberg uses the arts with all life issues such as anxiety, addictions, eating disorders, depression, stress, illness, work, relationships, parenting, grief, trauma, self esteem, and unresolved childhood issues. She also use the arts to play, have fun, take a vacation and relax! Ms. Sjoberg loves to paint, write and drum in her daily life as well as spend time each day in her visual journal.
